DISTANCE ELECTRONIC TICKET SALES AND PASSENGER TRANSPORTATION AGREEMENT

Hereinafter referred to as the “SELLER”.
ARTICLE 1.2 – BUYER:
The person who purchases a passenger transport ticket via the website “https://www.shuttlekemer.com/”, and the individual whose name appears on the ticket and who will receive the passenger transport service, as per the information entered on the website. Hereinafter referred to as the “buyer”.
In cases where the credit card holder and the person who will receive the service are different, both the person who owns the credit card used for payment and the person who will receive the service are considered buyers of this agreement. Both parties acquire the status of "buyer" and declare and undertake to fulfill all rights and obligations arising from this contract.
The buyer declares and undertakes that the information provided is correct and that they will comply with all the rules specified in this agreement during the service, fulfilling all obligations set forth in this agreement.
ARTICLE 2 – WEBSITE:
The SELLER offers electronic tickets for sale through the website https://www.shuttlekemer.com/, and the BUYER may purchase transport services through this website.
ARTICLE 3 – SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT:
This Distance Sales Agreement governs the sale of passenger transport tickets offered by the SELLER through the website https://www.shuttlekemer.com/, the terms of use of the electronic tickets by the BUYER, and the mutual rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
ARTICLE 4 – TICKET PRICES AND PAYMENT METHOD:
Ticket prices are stated in Turkish Lira (TRY) or in other currencies selected by the BUYER. The prices indicated include all taxes. Payment is made securely through the online payment system integrated into the website, by credit or debit card.
ARTICLE 5 – SERVICE PERFORMANCE:
The transport service purchased via the website will be provided on the date and time selected by the BUYER during the purchase.
The ticket sent electronically to the BUYER’s email or mobile phone is valid for the journey.
The BUYER must be present at the pick-up location at least 10 minutes before the departure time.
The SELLER is not responsible for delays or missed services due to the BUYER’s lateness.
ARTICLE 6 – CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND CHANGE CONDITIONS:
6.1 – The BUYER may cancel or change the ticket by notifying the SELLER at least 12 hours before the service time.
6.2 – In case of cancellations made within the specified period, the full ticket price will be refunded.
6.3 – No refund will be made for cancellations or changes requested less than 12 hours before the service time.
6.4 – Refunds will be made to the card used during the purchase within 14 business days.
